BJP MLCs inaugurate drain, transformer in Laxmi Vihar

JAMMU, Nov 6: Two BJP MLCs Surinder Ambardar and Girdhari Lal Raina today visited Laxmi Vihar Tumal Bohri to ascertain the problems of the residents of the area.
The MLCs were also accompanied by newly elected Corporator from the area, Mohinder Kumar Bhagat.
The MLCs made an on spot review of the problems of the people and assured them that all steps will be taken for their redressal.
Addressing the gathering Ambardar highlighted the various developmental projects sanctioned for the State by Narendra Modi led Government at Centre and said there will be a sea change after these projects are commissioned. He said Prime Minster is totally concerned for the welfare of the people of this border State and he has announced that coffers of his Government are open for the development of this border State.
G L Raina in his address said that BJP is committed to welfare of masses irrespective of their religion, region and caste as the party is wedded to the slogan given by PM, Modi “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas”.
On the occasion newly constructed drain by UEED in the area was inaugurated by the MLCs while G L Raina also inaugurated 250 KV transformer in the locality for which the money was released from his CDF.
Proposing the vote of thanks, C L Garu, president of the Laxmi Vihar Welfare Committee complimented the MLAs for visiting the area and looking into the problems of the people.
