JAMMU, June 21: A meeting of BJP workers of migrant cell was held, which was chaired by Bal Krishen Koul, wherein various issues concerning the displaced community were discussed.
The participants unanimously decided to hold a conference at Mahajan Hall on June 29 in light of Government policy to resettle the displaced community back in the Kashmir.
During the conference, a political resolution will be debated and the outcome should serve a reference to the authorities that will draw a return policy for Kashmiri displaced people, thus enabling the hapless community to live with economic independence, sense of security, dignity and honour.
During the meeting, the statement issued by Geelani was criticized and condemned by all.
Shilpa Verma, incharge migrant cell, TN Bhat, Raja ji Koul, Bansi Lal Bhat, PN Pandita, Sanjay, TK Dhar, RL Chowdhary, ON.Shastri and Santosha attended the meeting.
