JAMMU, July 27: BJP Mahila Morcha (BJP MM) held protest demonstration against non-availability of sugar in Government ration depots.
The Mahila Morcha activists led by State president Priya Sethi and district president Parveen Arora assembled at Purani Mandi Chowk and raised slogans against the Government.
While speaking, Priya Sethi said the consumers use to get sugar through Government ration depots but for the past over two months, the Government has stopped to release sugar for them.
“Government should release sugar for the consumers at the earliest, otherwise Mahila Morcha activists will hold protest more aggressively”, Priya warned.
Among others present were Anuradha Charak, Anju Dogra, Neeru Anand, Pushpa Wazir, Sureshta Jamwal, Sanjita Dogra, etc.
