JAMMU, Aug 23: Team Mask Force (TMF) alleged that the BJP leadership has betrayed Dogras by making various rhetorical statements including normalcy in J&K and Chief Minister from the Jammu region.
The controversy arose due to JKUT Chief Election Commissioner (CEO) announcement over the voting rights to non locals which encashed by the political parties. However, the Government has tried to clarify by issuing clarification but the same is being fuelled by the opposition parties in the Union Territory to their vested interest, said Vijay Sharma, chairman of TMF in a press statement.
He warned the BJP to refrain from such statements which ultimately create an imbalance with the Jammu region. “The political parties are aware that these can’t win legal battles in courts so they decided to raise such types of issues for their political advantage by exploiting the sentiments of Kashmiri which certainly will go in their favour and Dogras of Jammu region get affected,” said Sharma.
