SRINAGAR, Oct 29: BJP leader Mushtaq Noorabadi has appealed the people of Valley not to be misled by the rumor mongers and vested elements playing in the hands of Pakistan and separatists.
In a statement issued here today, Noorabdi said that Jammu and Kashmir suffered a lot over last three decades of terrorism and thousands of innocent people were done to death by the armed terrorists supported by Pakistan over the years. He said it is high time for the people of Valley to isolate these elements so that peace and normalcy is fully restored in the Valley.
He said Pakistan wants total destruction of Kashmir and Kashmiris and we should not fall in the trap of Pakistan who has been misleading the people of Valley for over last 70 years. Noorabadi said India is a country of many religions, languages, regions and we believe in unity in diversity. He said over 20 crore Muslims live in India and when they have no problem in considering India as their motherland what problem the majority community of Kashmir has, he asked?
He said Pakistan has been a failed State where democracy was not allowed to flourish right from 1947 and many towering leaders were not spared in Pakistan but killed in army coup many times. “ We should take a lesson from the same and work for restoration of peace and age old brotherhood in Valley”.
