JAMMU, Nov 2: A delegation of BJP Kashmir Displaced District today called on Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner Y P Suman and discussed various demands of displaced Pandits with him.
The delegation was led by Chand Ji Bhat president of displaced district.
Mr Suman assured the delegation that all steps will be taken on war footing in redressing the problems of the migrants.
The delegation demanded renovation and face lifting of TRTs in all migrant camps, solving water crisis at Jagti migrant camp, timely distribution of quality ration to the displaced ration depots, providing of medical facilities in migrant camps, and removal of anomalies in distribution of ration to migrant employees. The issue of PM package employees was also discussed with him. The RRC assured the delegation that the issues will be taken up with the concerned ministry.
