BJP has zero tolerance towards terrorism: Ashwani Sharma

Excelsior Correspondent
JAMMU, Sept 16: Ashwani Sharma, senior BJP leader and ex MLA said that his party has, time and again, reiterated that his party is committed to zero tolerance towards the terrorism. The party has always condemned the terrorism and stood for stern action against those who pose threat to the unity and integrity of the country as well as the security of the citizens, he added.
Nation first, party second and self last has been the core principle and clear policy of the BJP, he said at a public grievances camp held here at BJP Headquarters, Trikuta Nagar today.
Ashwani Sharma, accompanied by BJP publicity secretary Ajay Vaid and Health & Medical Cell convenor Puneet Mahajan listened to the numerous individuals and deputations from different parts of Jammu & Kashmir who visited the party office to represent the issues of their respective areas as well as their individual concerns.
Various issues presented in the camp related to the water, electricity, lanes, drains, roads, health, revenue departments, ration etc.
Ashwani Sharma immediately discussed these issues with the concerned officers after which they assured them that they would be addressed soon.
Ashwani, while speaking on the occasion, stated that the BJP is a nationalist party that has always kept the principle of ‘nation first’ in high esteem. For every BJP activist, ‘love for the motherland’ and selfless service to fellow citizens is the only right way of life. He said that the highest sacrifice by our brave soldiers has been inspiring us to give the befitting reply to the perpetrators of violence. There is absolutely no space for worthless talks with a country, which is using its soil to train terrorists and push them into our territory to unleash a wave of destruction and death, he said while targeting some Kashmir centric leaders.
Ashwani Sharma said that while all the issues represented by the people were appropriately recorded, many issues were addressed on the spot providing relief to the visiting persons; others were taken up with the concerned department officials for their quick disposal.
