JAMMU, Nov 23: BJP has expelled Prof Hari Om from the primary membership of BJP for a period of six years.
He was expelled today by BJP State president and MP, Jugal Kishore Sharma from primary membership of the party on account of his gross indiscipline, anti-party activities and un-repentance for his misconduct and unsatisfactorily explanation to the show cause notice issued to him on November 5 this year.
“Having received your response to the show cause notice, pertaining to your acts of gross indiscipline and anti-party activities, issued on 05.11.2015 and received by you on the same date, your un-repentance for your misconduct is writ large in your reply,” Sharma said in a letter to Hari Om.
“Therefore, keeping in view your anti-party conduct and totally unsatisfactorily explanation, you are hereby expelled from the primary membership of BJP for six years,” he added.
