BJP to end dynastic rule: Khanna

Excelsior Correspondent
SRINAGAR, Sept 1: Member of Parliament & BJP Prabhari for the State, Avinash Rai Khanna today asked the Party men to devote more time to reach every nook and corner of the Valley to mobilize public opinion in favour of the Party to accomplish BJP’s mission 44+ so that the Party can form next Government in the State on its own.
Addressing a meeting of prominent leaders and Party activists at here today on the last leg of his two day visit of Kashmir Valley, the BJP leader said his Party’s resolve is very clear that it is committed to end dynastic rule, provide corruption free, fear free and development oriented Government in the State.
Khanna said that people are fed up by the mis-governance of successive Governments headed by NC, Congress and PDP and are looking towards BJP with high hopes. He said that the people rejected Congress and its allies in the Lok Sabha elections and now the same will be repeated in States where Assembly elections are due in next 3-4 months, including Jammu and Kashmir.
Khanna said that the State of Jammu & Kashmir achieved the distinction of being second most corrupt State with more than six lakh unemployed educated youth under the mis-governance of NC-Congress coalition. Thousands of unemployed educated youth are forced to leave the State for jobs in absence of any youth policy of this Government. There is no development on ground and whatever is claimed is on papers. Discrimination with Jammu and Ladakh regions still continue despite repeated assurances by the Government, he added.
Khanna said that fearing their defeat in the forthcoming Assembly elections, the ministers and leaders of NC, Congress and PDP are airing voices against the nation by inclining towards the line of Hurriyat and other separatist organizations. He said that the people cannot be misled and befooled anymore as they are now well aware of the misrule of the coalition and made up their mind to teach them a lesson.
Khanna said that on one hand there is anger and resentment against the NC, Congress and PDP, on the other, the Narendra Modi wave has swept their minds. Modi’s name is echoing across the State. It has been witnessed for the first time in Jammu & Kashmir that the people are yearning for change to get the State rid of corruption, mis-governance and dynastic rule. To achieve this the people have seen in BJP the only medium to get what they are dreaming for, he added.
