JAMMU, Jan 31: Former Minister and Spokesperson BJP, Priya Sethi today said that women all over the country are feeling confident and honoured because of their respect and dignity which is being maintained by various schemes launched by union Government, induction of women in union cabinet and especially when country’s Defence Minister is also a woman and is leading from the front.
Speaking in a meeting to mobilize masses for attending Prime Minister, Narendra Modi’s rally at Vijaypur on Feb 3, Priya said Congress during its rule never respected women, looted public money, made country starve on subsidies and never empowered people especially women.
Biggest example of this can be sent in J&K state where they shirked from holding elections to ULB and Panchayats,” she further said.
Priya also said, the rally at Vijaypur is going to change fate of people as several schemes aimed at helping the State will be announced by the Prime Minister.
She added that this rally will script history and prove that none other than BJP can give Jammu and Kashmir State its due in the form of peace, prosperity, development, dignity and honour.
