KOZHIKODE, Jan 22:
Leader of the Opposition in Rajya Sabha Ghulam Nabi Azad has alleged that both the CPI(M) and the BJP will have to share the blame as both are equally responsible for political violence in the state.
Addressing mediapersons here on Sunday, He said the Triple talaq, if implemented in the present form, would affect the entire Muslim community in the country.
“However, instant triple talaq is against the law and the Supreme Court verdict on the issue is welcome.” he added.
The Congress had allies in all the states and party was ready to face the general election, Mr Azad said. “The violence across the Kashmir border with Pakistan has escalated after the BJP-led NDA Government came to power at the Centre he alleged. (UNI)
