BJP committed to public service, grievance redressal: Arun Sharma

JAMMU, May 18: Jammu and Kashmir BJP State Secretary Arun Sharma today listened to the grievances of the people during his weekly sitting at BJP headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
A number of persons from different areas of the Jammu region visited the party office and projected their issues seeking immediate intervention and redressal.
People from Purmandal, Sangar, Kharah Madana, Patti, Arnas, Jammu city and several other areas approached Arun Sharma with problems related to development works, electricity, water supply, roads, revenue matters, pensions, health services and other public concerns. The visiting delegations and individuals appreciated the regular public outreach programmes being conducted by the BJP leadership for directly listening to the problems of the masses.
Arun Sharma patiently heard the grievances of every deputation and individual, who had reached the party office. He immediately took up the genuine matters with the concerned Government officials as well as the local MLAs to ensure prompt action and speedy resolution of the issues raised by the people. He assured the people that no genuine concern would be ignored and that the BJP remains fully committed towards serving the people with dedication and sincerity.
While interacting with the people, Arun Sharma said that the BJP has developed a healthy democratic tradition of remaining continuously connected with the public and addressing their concerns on priority. He said that the party believes in public accountability and accessibility, which is why BJP leaders regularly hold public grievance programmes at party offices and in their respective constituencies.
He further said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the BJP Government has worked tirelessly for the welfare and upliftment of every section of society. He added that the party workers and leaders are committed to act as a bridge between the administration and the people to ensure that the benefits of Government schemes and developmental initiatives reach the grassroots level.
