JAMMU, Dec 28: BJP senior leader and JMC Councillor Sanjay Kumar Baru along with BJP Ward President Ashok Wazir and local leader Surinder Kour distributed Ayushman Bharat Health Insurance Golden Cards (SEHAT) at door step of the people at Bank Colony Anand Nagar in his Ward Number 41.
While distributing the cards, Sanjay Kumar Baru said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi led Union Government is committed to principles of good governance, overall development and benefiting all poor and needy by implementing people friendly schemes at grass-roots level.
Baru said commitment of Bharatiya Janata Party is to provide better and inclusive health care facilities viz infrastructure to the people. “JKUT Government has given special facility of Ayushman Bharat Card to all the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir, construction work of 2 AIIMS and 9 new Medical Colleges is in full swing and now Government is encouraging the private sector to built private hospitals in Jammu and Kashmir which shows that Prime Minister is fulfilling his promise of providing world class health facilities with overall development to the people of Jammu and Kashmir”, he stated.
On the occasion Shakti Kendra Parmukh Rakesh Sharma, Bubesh Thappa, Booth President Jangjeet Singh, Jatinder Khajuria, Atul Chopra, Gresh Sharma, Daleep, Sanjay Sharma, Naseeb Kumar, BJP workers and local were also present.
