JAMMU, July 1: Jugal Kishore Sharma, BJP Member of Parliament from Jammu -Poonch Lok Sabha constituency kick-started up-gradation and construction of road from Kienk Jagir to Gharota under Central Road Funds (CRF) in block Bhalwal in Raipur Domana Assembly constituency near here, today.
Jugal Kishore Sharma said that era of development has begun after BJP led Government at the Centre under the stewardship of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi assumed office in 2014 and soon after coming to power it launched many public welfare projects throughout the country.
He said construction work of road was the long pending demand of inhabitants in this area of Raipur Damana and major traffic ply through this road got benefited. The Total cost of project is Rs 8.16 crore and it is stretched over length of two kms to be constructed under CRF.
He appreciated the great decision taken by Prime Minister under Garib Kalyan Yojna to provide free ration for five months due to prevailing situation aroused by Outbreak of COVID-19.He said that Novel Corona Virus affected the economy of whole world and free ration will give great help & relief to the poor. He also said that we will work hard to make bring the nation out of present crisis and exuded confidence that India will emerge victorious under the leadership of Modi. “Our resolve to Atamnirbhar Bharat is a way to success”, he added.
Omi Khajuria UT president, Kissan Morcha complimented Member of Parliament for his efforts to give relief to the people of Bhalwal block and adjoining areas.
