BJP celebrates 3rd anniversary of abrogation of Art 370

JAMMU, Aug 5: Bharatiya Janata Party organized various functions across Jammu in connection with celebration of third anniversary of abrogation of controversial Article 370 and 35 A and termed it a historical day in the history of J&K.
Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta while addressing a programme in this connection today said that BJP Government led by PM Narendra Modi had ended the hegemony of Kashmir’s dynastic parties by scrapping Article 370 who used to blackmail Centre on different issues.
The BJP leader was addressing an impressive gathering here at Gandhi Nagar in this connection wherein a large number of Gorkha community members were present.
Former Minister and Ex MLA Jammu West, Sat Sharma (CA) also unfurled the Tricolor in various areas and dedicated this day to the non ending development of J&K after 370 abrogation.
Sharma was also accompanied by State secretary, BJP, Ayodhya Gupta, BJP leader and corporator, Sanjay Baru who organized the programs in their respective areas. Mandal president Keshav Chopra and several others were also present.
J&K BJP vice president, Yudhvir Sethi today asserted that abrogation of Article 370 has paved the way for building a new Jammu and Kashmir.
Addressing gathering after unfurling National Flag on the third anniversary of abrogation of Art 370, Yudhvir Sethi said that nepotism, corruption, separatism, discrimination and terrorism have been curbed. The efforts made by our security forces, administration, and Central Government show that a new Jammu and Kashmir is moving forward.
