VIJAYPUR, Nov 25: Senior BJP leader Arun Kumar Sharma held a ‘Jan samvaad Karyekram (public outreach programme) at village Sangar, Panchayat cum Mandal Purmandal.
BJP Distt President Samba, Kashmira Singh and others took part in the programme, during which local leaders, including Sarpanches and Panches of different wards raised several issues such as un-necessary interference of Forest Department in functioning of the Panchayat.
However, appreciating Modi Government for launching several schemes for weaker sections of the society, people extended support to the party for coming 2024 elections.
Arun Sharma, while speaking during the Jansamvaad Karyekram, invited the attention of the people towards pro-people schemes and beneficiaries during Modi Government I and II. He also highlighted developmental works likes setting up of AIIMS, IIM, colleges, construction of flyovers, roads, etc.
Kashmira Singh also highlighted schemes as well as party programs for benefit of poor people and weaker sections of the society. He appreciated working of Panchayat Sarpanch and Mandal teams.
Mandal president, BDC Chairman Arshad Begum, Sarpanch Joginder Paul, BJYM president, Diraj Kumar, Pt Govind Ram and several BJP workers actively participated in the programme.
