JAMMU, Dec 31: Former Minister & DCC President Kathua, Dr. Manohar Lal Sharma has flayed BJP and said it has backstabbed the youth of J&K on the issues of employment by issuing confusing statements.
Sharma said that recent job advertisement for non-gazetted posts by the J&K High Court has allowed even non-locals to apply for the jobs which is a huge setback for the youth of J&K.
“After the scrapping of Article-370 all the BJP leaders of J&K had said that jobs and land rights of the residents of J&K will be safeguarded on the lines of Himachal Pradesh and domicile laws will be introduced. But the central BJP leadership is hell bent to destroy the future of youth of J&K and the local leaders of BJP are a mute spectator,” Sharma said in a handout.
He demanded that this job advertisement should be immediately revoked and changed so that only local youths of J&K are allowed to apply for the jobs in J&K.
