JAMMU, Apr 4: J&K BJP held Mandal level meetings of Bahu Assembly constituency under the leadership of Jammu South district president, Naresh Singh Jasrotia and Bishnah Assembly constituency under the leadership of district president, Rinku Chaudhary.
Ashok Koul, general secretary (organization) addressed the meetings which were attended by the respective Mandal presidents along with the Mandal teams.
Aseem Gupta, vice-president, J&K BJP Ayodhya Gupta, secretary, J&K BJP and Prabhari district Jammu South, Nitish Mahajan, Mandal president, Trikuta Nagar Mandal, and others were among the prominent present in the meeting of Trikuta Nagar Mandal.
Rajiv Bhagat, MLA Bishnah, former MLA Ashwani Sharma, district Prabhari, Rajendra Singh Chib, Seh-Prabhari, Sardar Harbhajan Singh Pammi, DDC Bishnah Devinder Kumar, Khairi Rihal Mandal president, Rakesh Kumar and others were among the prominent present in the meeting of Khairi Rihal Mandal.
Ashok Koul, while addressing the party activists in the meetings, stressed for the prompt activation of the teams up to the booth level for the efficient organizational working. He also asked them to work in unison with the senior leaders living in their respective Mandals to strengthen the organization.
Terming the office bearers of the Mandal teams as the face of the party in the masses, Koul asked them to acquaint themselves with the ideology and the policies of the party, so as to build good rapport of the organization in the masses. He asked them to work as a bridge between the party and the public, while organizing the party programmes at the ground level.
While deliberating on the forthcoming party programmes, Ashok Koul asked all the Mandal presidents to hoist the party flag at the houses of BJP workers at every booth on the party’s Foundation Day on April 6, and to organize programmes on Samrasta Diwas on April 14 on the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Baba Bhimrao Ambedkar.
Rajiv Bhagat acquainted the party activists with the ongoing development work in the area. While assuring his commitment towards the public, he asked the party activists to approach the public, know their issues and share them with the senior party leadership.
