RAJOURI, June 20: One person was killed while two others were seriously injured when a motorcycle collided with an Army BP bunker near Nowshera town today.
Official sources said that a bike bearing registration number JK11F/ 0866, driven by Mohd Tariq, son of Mohd Javed, resident of Lam, collided with the bunker along the road just closer to the gate of 80 Infantry brigade at round 2 pm on Monday.
While Mohd Tariq was killed on the spot, two pillion riders sustained serious injuries and were shifted to local hospital at Nowshera. The injured were identified as Mohd Fazal, son of Mohd Razaq hailing from Gunni village in Lam and Pana Singh, son of Jugar Singh, resident of Qila Darhal. The police has registered a case in this connection.
