SAMBA, Aug 23: A bike rider was injured after his motorcycle slipped Shah Balod in Samba district today.
According to police, the mishap occurred at Samba Mansar Dhar road near Shah Balode area, when a bike bearing registration number JK-21- 0364 which was coming from Nud side, on reaching near Shah Balod, suddenly his bike slipped as a result the bike rider got critically injured. He was immediately brought to District Hospital Samba for treatment with the assistance of local people, where the doctor gave him first aid and then referred him to GMC Hospital Jammu for specialized treatment.
The injured has been identified as Raghura, 52, son of Bau Ditta resident of village Kupri Samba.
The police has taken cognizance of the matter and started further investigation.
