PATNA: Bihar Legislative Council has become first House in the country to use National-e-Vidhan (NEVA) software for providing opportunities to legislators to raise questions and get replies in the House by using this high-tech software, in an attempt to turn its proceedings paperless.
Acting Chairman of Legislative Council Haroon Rashid told media persons here today that Legislators would not be required to contact office of the council to complete formality for raising questions in the House as they could do so from anywhere, even from their respective constituencies using this high tech software named NEVA.
