KUPWARA, Nov 12: Prof Bhim Singh, chief patron, National Panthers Party, today threw a challenge to Prime Minister, Narendra Modi to share election platform with him anywhere in the State on the burning issues relating the State.
While addressing the voters in the bordering and sensitive areas of Teetwal, Tangdhar and Tod, Prof Singh said that Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has opened a dialogue with those whom his party has been accusing as Pak agent for over half a century whereas he has failed to shake hand with Prime Minister of Pakistan who has extended warm greetings to him.
Accusing the Kashmiri leadership of exploiting the innocent masses for 60 years just for power, Prof Bhim Singh said that Panthers Party was neither fighting election for power nor it will allow corrupt, criminal and communal forces to take advantage of the situation in J&K.
Prof Singh said that the Pahari residents of J&K have remained neglected for 60 years in all fields ranging from development to employment.  Paharies shall never get equitable share in J&K in any walk of life as long as ST status is not accorded to them by the Parliament of India, he said.
He appealed the people of J&K to vote and support Panthers Party to strengthen the movement for the delivery of justice to the suffering people of J&K. He accused Congress, NC and PDP of exploiting the people of Kashmir under one pretext or the other just for the sake of power.
Others who addressed election rally, included  Massod Andrabi, Anita Thakur,  Farooq Dar,  Mehboob Illahi and  Jehangir Khan.
