SRINAGAR, June 19: Prof Bhim Singh, supremo NPP and member of NIC regretted that the Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah, has spoken half truth about the real face of State BJP leaders.
In a statement issued, Singh asked Omar to elaborate on the issue, wherein BJP MLAs have been doing Chimchagiri to him and to his father for seeking petty gains and favour. Prof Bhim Singh asked Omar Abdullah to let the people of Jammu know how Congress Government bought over BJP leaders at a midnight Samjhota, surrender to finish great Jammu movement of ‘Bom-Bom-Bhole’.
He questioned the BJP leadership what happen to the midnight surrender and what happened to the midnight agreement with the Congress led Government of the State. S S Bilowria, the then Chief Secretary is one of the Principal witnesses of the surrender. This was the one more deception played by BJP leaders after 1977 surrender when entire movement led by Prof Bhim Singh against Sheikh Government was sold out while Bhim Singh and hundreds of Jammu youth and students were inside the prison including hundreds of women activists.
Prof Bhim Singh demanded a judicial enquiry into the entire hidden deeds of BJP leaders to sell out the interest of Jammu Pradesh. He also demanded enquiry how BJP candidates sponsored by their party were defeated by the BJP MLAs. Prof Bhim Singh said that it is only Panther Party which represents the aspirations, feelings and hopes of the entire Jammu Pradesh from Kishtwar to Poonch and Lakhanpur to Banihal.
Prof Bhim Singh was addressing the active members of Kashmir Panthers Council late last evening in Srinagar.
