JAMMU, Oct 10: The Government today nominated Lieutenant Governor’s Advisor Rajiv Rai Bhatnagar as Chairperson/Vice Chairperson of eight Boards, Councils and Corporations.
He will serve as Chairman of five Boards/Councils/Corporations including governing body of Social Welfare Board, J&K Advisory Board for Welfare and Development of SCs, Board of Directors of J&K Women’s Development Corporation, Board of Directors of J&K SC, ST and Backward Classes Development Corporation and Governing Committee for J&K Child Protection Society.
He will be Vice Chairman of three bodies including J&K Advisory Board for Welfare and Development of Other Backward Classes, J&K Advisory Board for Development of Pahari Speaking People and Rehabilitation of Widows, Orphans, Handicapped and Old Persons (Victims of Militancy).
