JAMMU, Dec 11: Sajid Rashid Bhat, Private Secretary, has been transferred from the Housing and Urban Development Department and posted as Private Secretary with the Commissioner/Secretary Power Development Department with immediate effect.
A formal order in this regard was issued today by the General Administration Department.
