KISHTWAR, July 25 : Member Civil Society and National Conference (NC) leader of District Kishtwar, Shamsher Singh Bhandari today demanded opening of Mother and Child Care Hospital in Kishtwar as was committed by Health and Medical Education Minister, Bali Bhagat during his visit to Kishtwar in the recent past.
Bhandari has also demanded immediately starting of Nursing college in Kishtwar for which the building stands already constructed in the year 2013 in the premises of District Hospital Kishtwar and for which the application forms stand already submitted in the Chief Medical Officer, Kishtwar and merit list of selected candidates has also been declared.
He further demanded construction of four lane National Highway from Batote to Kishtwar as promised by Union Surface Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari. In addition to this he demanded construction of sports stadium at Kishtwar so that the talented sports lovers could have an opportunity to show their talent.
