JAMMU, Dec 17: Bhairav Bhandara (Shri Kaal Bhairav Ashtami) celebrated on December 4 received a remarkable footfall as large number of people participated in the programme, which was organized by Shri Bhairav Mandir Trust (SBMT).
This was stated by Mahant Rumil Sharma from Shri Bhairav Mandir Trust while interacting with media persons here today.
He added that the Bhairav Bhandara (Shri Kaal Bhairav Ashtami) was celebrated at Shri Pracheen Kaal Bhairav Mandir situated at Dhounthly Bazar, Chowk Chabutra on December 4.
He informed that the occasion was celebrated with religious fervour and gaiety, in which thousands of devotees from different parts of the State took part and paid obeisance.
Pandit Rumil Sharma said that general public, J&K Police, PHE, PDD, JMC, Traffic Police, Department of Fire and Emergency Services and Health Services played a key role for the success of this grand programme.
He added that members of different organizations also extended their support for the success of the event.
“Deputy Commissioner Jammu extended his cooperation and granted permission, which made this bhandara highly successful”, he stated.
