BBIA demands extension of State package to industries

JAMMU, Jan 8: A meeting of Bari Brahmana Industries Association (BBIA) was held here today under the chairmanship of Lalit Mahajan, President BBIA.
The Association discussed extension of DIPP package of incentives to J&K industrial units which includes Income Tax reimbursement, transport incentives, central share of IGST/CGST and employment incentives.
They hailed the PM and his team for extension of DIPP package of incentives to industrial units located in J&K to all the new units & units under substantial expansion.
The Association team appealed to the Governor, Satya Pal Malik, K.K Sharma, Advisor to Governor, Naveen Kumar Choudhary, Principal Secretary Finance Department and Shaleen Kabra, Principal Secretary Industries & Commerce Department for the extension of State fiscal incentives for the rapid industrial growth in the State which will also open the employment avenues for the local youths.
Suresh Mahajan, Sr. Vice President, Ajay Langer General Secretary, Viraaj Malhotra, Treasurer BBIA were also present in the meeting.
