JAMMU, Nov 11: Ex MLA and provincial president Jammu province of NPP Faqir Nath today appointed Jagdish Singh Baryal, son of Diana Nath Baryal of Bari, Ramnagar in Udhampur district as district secretary, Public Relations of JKNPP for Udhampur district.
This was stated in a party handout issued here today. It said the appointment was made in consultation with State president of the party.
