KATRA, July 20: Katra Police today arrested a drug peddler and seized a big quantity of the tablets of banned drug from his possession.
Reports said that today at around 1730 hours, during patrolling at Auto Stand Banganga, Katra Police recovered 140 tablets of Alprazolam from the possession of Raj Kumar son of Jattu Ram of Kagota, tehsil Ramnagar in Udhampur district.
Police arrested the accused and seized the drugs. In this connection, case FIR number 149/2018, under section 8/21/22 NDPS has been registered in Police Station Katra.
