JAMMU, Nov 30: A bakerwal and his horse were killed today in a road mishap at Nandini area falling within the limits of police station Nagrota.
According to a police spokesman, an unidentified bakerwal, who was riding on a horse, was hit by an unknown vehicle near Nandini area of Nagrota. “Both the horse and the rider killed on the spot”, he said, adding, the body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for identification and post mortem.
The concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
