JAMMU, Oct 2: CJM Jammu, S R Gandhi has rejected the bail application of Ankur Bansal, resident of Kailash Nagar, who was allegedly involved in kidnapping of 18 years old BA-I student.
According to the prosecution case, the accused, who was running a shop near the house of the complainant, kidnapped the latter’s daughter.
After hearing CPO Harminder Singh for the State, CJM rejected the bail application of the accused.
