JAMMU, July 20: Principal Sessions Judge Ramban Haq Nawaz Zargar has rejected the bail application of Zareena Begum from whose possession 450 grams of charas was recovered.
After hearing both the sides, the court observed, “if the women of this society is involved in this drug trafficking, one can imagine the damage that had been caused to the society and how deep it had penetrated”.
“It is the duty of every stakeholder, even that of every citizen to check this menace, otherwise it will destroy the very fabric of society”, the court said while rejecting the bail application.
