JAMMU, Dec 11: Principal Sessions Judge Jammu Vinod Chatterji Koul has rejected the bail applications of Rattan Singh, Charanjeet Singh and Ram Singh, who are allegedly involved in a murder case registered at Police Station Vijaypur.
After hearing both the sides, the court observed, “as per the prosecution case, the accused with criminal intention entered the residential room of deceased Sat Pal Singh and started beating him with fist and blows”, adding “due to severe injuries inflicted by the accused persons Sat Pal Singh died”.
“In case applicants are admitted to bail in such a heinous crime, the people shall lose faith in judicial system”, the court said while rejecting the bail application.
