Jugal heads Jammu, Amin Bhat Kashmir

JAMMU, Dec 17: Former J&K Chief Minister and Chairman of Democratic Azad Party (DAP), Ghulam Nabi Azad today ordered expansion of his party and inducted new office bearers.
While former ministers, Rajinder Singh Chib and Taj Mohi-ud-din have already been appointed as general secretary and treasurer, respectively, three new vice chairmen, ten general secretaries and 12 secretaries of the DAP were appointed today.
The new vice chairmen of the party are- former DyCM Tara Chand, former ministers Peerzada Mohd Sayeed and Ghulam Mohd Saroori.
Ten new general secretaries of the party are-Manohar Lal Sharma, Abdul Majid Wani, Haji Abdul Rashid, Balwan Singh, Suman Bhagat, S Arvinder Singh Micky, Ghulam Nabi Ratanpuri, Choudhary Nizamuddin, Vinod Mishra and Vinod Kaul.
The new DAP secretaries are-Hira Lal Abrol, Arun Singh Raju, Adv Masood Choudhary, Aradhana Andotra, Santosh Majotra, Rehana Anjum, Mehboob Bhatt, Lovely Gupta, Adv Imran Hafiz, Riaz Ahmed Naaz, Priti Khajuria and Gul Tasleem Anjum.
Six Working Committee members are-Adv M K Bhardwaj, Adv Aslam Goni, Adv Manzoor Ganai, Adv Muzaffar Parrey, Dr Abdul Gani Ahangar and Salman Nizami. Besides them, all the vice chairmen, general secretaries, treasurers and both Provincial presidents from Kashmir and Jammu will be members of the DAP Working Committee. All secretaries will be special invitees to the Working Committee. Some more office bearers to the Working Committee will be added later.
Former minister Jugal Kishore Sharma has been appointed as Provincial president of the party for Jammu while former MLA, Mohd Amin Bhat Provincial head for Kashmir.
Meanwhile, Azad also inducted new office bearers to the Media & Communication department of DAP. While general secretary, R S Chib has been appointed as I/C Media & Communication Deptt, Salman Nizami as chief spokesperson of the party.
Six party spokespersons are- Imran Zafar, Sujada Bashir, Nirmandeep Singh, Sanjay Manhas, Firdous Nabi and Sharik Saroori.
Six Media Coordinators and Additional Spokespersons are- Vishal Chopra (Print Media), Ashwani Handa (Electronic Media), Waseem Dar (Kashmir), Adv Heena Sultan (Kashmir), Randeep Bhandari (Chenab Valley) and Sanam Shah (Pir Panchal).
Sour Social Media Coordinators are- Ashutosh Raina, Rehana Anjum, Wasim Ganai and Raja Haq Sohil.
Meanwhile, party general secretary, R S Chib has said that the office bearers of both the Provinces of Kashmir and Jammu, Zonal and District Committees of the party will be announced within next two-three days.
