JAMMU, Mar 18: Ashraf Mughal was today declared elected as the Block president of Yard No 7, Transport Nagar Welfare Association.
The election was conducted today under the over all supervision of president, Transport Nagar Welfare Association, Sarabjeet Singh and other office bearers of the Association.
Ashraf defeated his rival candidate Gurmeet Singh by a margin of 35 votes.
