JAMMU, Mar 3: A symposium on ‘Cultural Practices for Sustainable Environment cum Cultural program’ was today organised by Department of Information and Public Relations(DIPR) Cultural Unit Jammu here in MIER College of Education BC Road.
As many as 10 students participated in the symposium competition.
First prize was bagged by Aditi Mahajan, second prize was won by Nandika Srivatsava, while third prize was bagged by Naman Mansotra. Competition was judged by the faculty of the College. The program was coordinated by College Faculty Komal Sharma. Among others, staff members of the College, artists of the Cultural Wing and students witnessed the program.

The Chief Guest of the program, Parul Khajuria, Cultural Officer Cultural Unit Information Department, shared her views on the topic and also appreciated the students who participated in the event and Artists of Department of Information and Public Relations Jammu.

In addition to the symposium a scintillating cultural program was presented by artists of Cultural Unit Jammu and students of college which was very much enjoyed by the audience.
