NEW DELHI: A day after Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s telephonic talk with the US President Donald Trump over terrorism and regional tensions, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday had a telephonic conversation with Secretary of Defence Mark T Esper and informed him that Article 370 is an internal matter of India and its abrogation aimed at improving growth and economic development, democracy and prosperity for the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
