BHADERWAH, Apr 4: Rashtriya Rifles under Delta Force in collaboration with Forest Department and Youth Action Committee, Bhaderwah organised a seminar-cum-debate on the topic “Survival of Mankind Depends on Trees” at Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS), Bhaderwah, today.
In addition to seminar-cum-debate, a tree plantation campaign was also organised.
The event was inaugurated by Commanding Officer Rashtriya Rifles, in presence of a number of villagers and prominent personalities.
On the valedictory function, TB Singh, DFO Bhaderwah was the chief guest, who while speaking highlighted the importance of trees.
Later, the winners of the seminar-cum-debate were awarded with trophies and certificates.
