REASI, July 4: Rashtriya Rifle Kalakote under Reasi based Rashtriya Rifle HQ organized a free medical camp for denizens from the areas of Bamliya, Thrangriot, Sia, Bandhari, Desli, Ransu, Una and Karota.
Approximately 206 patients, who included 123 males, 47 females and 36 children, were examined by the medical officer and nursing assistant of the Rashtriya Rifle Battalion. Free medical aid was extended to poor and needy patients. Apart from this 12 patients were also referred by the Medical officer to CHC Kalakote for further treatment.
Speaking on the occasion, Suresh Kumar, Sarpanch Bamliya said, “It may be easy to heal a septic wound but it is difficult to heal a septic heart and today Army has touched our heart and souls both”.
