SRINAGAR, Apr 24: Army organized a career counseling session for the girl students of DK Pora, Govt Higher Secondary School today.
An Army spokesman said the session was organized with the aim to educate the girls regarding avenues of higher studies and various employment opportunities available inside and outside of the State for girls.
He said the large number of girl students who attended this session were also made aware about the job opportunities in the Government sector and also the procedure to join Indian Armed Forces.
“This initiative received excellent response from the students who posed various questions resulting in a fruitful interaction,” he said.
