JAMMU, Jan 15: Army jawan committed suicide by jumping before a running train at Railway Station here today.
As per reports, Naik Amit Singh, son of Mubarak Singh of Haryana, Punjab, posted at Nagrota jumped before Jammu Mail train and was crushed under its wheels.
His body was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where after completing legal formalities, the body was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Police has registered a case and investigation started.
