REASI, June 23: To alleviate the Medical problems of the local populace in remote and far flung areas, a Medical camp was conducted by Army at village Badar of Reasi district today.
Over 400 patients were provided Medical treatment by the team of Army doctors.
Medicines were distributed free of cost and severe cases were referred to Government hospital at Reasi.
It is pertinent to mention here that Badar is a remote village in Reasi district. The local populace has to travel for long distances and traverse difficult terrain to get medical aid at Bagga.
Such initiatives by Army have not only enabled patients to be treated closer to their homes but also helped in increasing awareness about cleanliness, hygiene and healthy living.
