KATHUA, Apr 5: Commemorating the Swarnim Vijay Varsh, Rising Star Gunners today screened war documentary regarding military victory of India over Pakistan in the Indo-Pak War of 1971.
In this regard, victory flame torch today reached at Basohli Military Station after passing through various military stations across the country.
During the event, different cultural programmes on patriotic them were staged. The event was attended by civil dignitaries, ex-servicemen and KV school children and war veterans. The war veterans shared their experiences and delivered motivational talk.
Later, the ‘Veer Naris’ whose husbands made supreme sacrifices in the line of duty were felicitated.
