Srinagar, Mar 10: A three day workshop on development of teaching skills and team building for teachers of Army Goodwill Schools (AGSs’) in North Kashmir was organised at Sharifabad here on city outskirts.
A defence spokesman said the workshop from March 6 to March 8 and it was attended by 50 teachers from AGS Hanzik, AGS Budkot, AGS Bandipora, AGS Krusan, AGS Chandigam and AGS Sopore. He said the event was conducted by a professional team of academic counselors from the reputed NGO, ‘Bharti Foundation’.
“The teachers accrued benefits of professional guidance towards development of life skills, team building and inculcating value based leadership skills in students, thus paving way for a brighter future for youth. The workshop included multiple sessions where teachers were engaged in activities which helped them to understand the code of conduct of teaching, team work and life skills,” he said.
