JAMMU, Jan 10: Arjun Gupta on Tuesday elected as President, Rajinder Bazar Traders Welfare Association (RBTWA).
Pertinently, the election of the Association was held today under the chairmanship of Varinder Mahajan, along with Ramesh Kundan and Raj Kumar Gupta.
A statement said that for the post of President, in a keen contest between Arjun Gupta and Vinay Arora, the former emerged victorious with a margin of 13 votes for the term 2023-25.
For the post of treasurer/cashier, Rajesh Gupta was declared as winner with a margin of 17 votes, it said.
While Amit Mahajan was elected as Secretary of the Association unopposed, Krishan Lal Gupta was re-nominated as Chairman, it further said.
