APS Samba organizes educational excursion

SAMBA, Nov 7: Samba Military Station and Army Public School (APS) Samba jointly organized a one-day educational excursion for the students to Amritsar, covering the Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh and the Attari-Wagah Border.
The visit aimed to familiarize students with India’s rich cultural heritage and patriotic legacy. At the Golden Temple, students experienced serenity and spirituality, followed by an emotional tribute to the martyrs at Jallianwala Bagh. The highlight of the trip was witnessing the Beating Retreat Ceremony at the Wagah Border, which filled everyone with pride and respect for the nation’s soldiers.
The Chairman, Army Public School Samba, appreciated the Principal and staff for organizing the trip, stating that such excursions foster holistic development and instill values of patriotism, discipline and national pride among students.
