APS Janglot drubs SIS Hiranagar in SSPF Talent Search Tournament

JAMMU, Dec 22: In the ongoing SSPF Talent Search Tournament today, Army Public School (APS), Janglot defeated Sai International School (SIS0, Hiranagar by (3-0) goals in an easy contest of the Kathua Cluster and sealed berth in the knockout stage, while Infant Jesus School, Hiranagar defeated Kartar Public School, Kathua by (9-0) in a one-sided contest, today.
DySP KP Singh was present on the occasion to encourage and motivate the players to pursue sports to live a healthy life.
Meanwhile, in the Samba Cluster which is being Coordinated by Satnam Singh, two matches were played at MV International School, Vijaypur today. The host school crushed Arvind Ghosh School, Vijaypur (8-0) and then it came back from a goal behind to defeat Kendriya Vidyalaya, Samba 3-1, hence confirming its place in knockout stage.
Principal and Director of host school were present on the occasion.
Matches were officiated by Gagan Deep Singh, Sachin Khajuria, Arun Nagyal and Hardhik Pathania under the supervision of District Coordinator, Arun Paul Singh and State Coordinator, Iqbal Singh.
