JAMMU, June 20: All Paharies Revolutionary Movement (APRM) today demanded the opening of Gojri and Pahari Research Center in a single Center at Poonch Campus of (Jammu University).
While interacting with the media persons here at Jammu University campus, Raja Mehmood Khan of APRM demanded that Pahari Research Center should be open separately.
Later, the members of the Organisation also submitted a memorandum to Vice Chancellor for his immediate intervention in the matter.
The organization members including Ajit Verma, Zeshan Kazmi, Nadeem Mir, Jyoti Chaudary Imtiaz Ahmed, Mudasser Malik and others made it clear to the VC that he must personally intervene and take up the matter with the higher authorities in the interest of discriminated Pahari Community otherwise Students of Pahari Community will be forced to adopt the path of agitation.
They also appealed all the Pahari leaders to take up the issue with Chief Minister in the interest of Pahari youth.
