New Delhi, May 31: All Parties Migrants Coordination Committee (APMCC) today staged a protest at Headquarters of NIA in New Delhi demanding a thorough probe into killings of Kashmiri Pandits by militants in the Valley. NIA is probing into illegal funds and separatists and in this connection Bitta Karate the infamous killer of 42 Kashmiri Pandits is being interrogated at NIA in New Delhi these days. The protest was led by Ravinder Pandita, Head of APMCC Delhi – NCR.
While addressing the gathering he demanded that a thorough probe should be done by NIA into the killings of innocent Kashmiri pundits in the Valley. He said ” Justice delayed is justice denied”. An PIL has already been filed in Supreme Court to initiate judicial proceedings into killings and murders by Bitta Karate, Yasin Malik and other terrorists. APMCC warned State Govt. against a nation -wide agitation, if it succumbs to the pressure of separatists.
APMCC is one of the organizations of Kashmiri Hindus working for the rehabilitation and reclamation of destroyed and abandoned temples throughout the Valley.
Meanwhile some KP organizations at Jammu continued protest demanding a CBI probe into disappearance of JKP cop Sameer Bhat who is missing for last over 15 days now and police is clueless about him.
Displaced Kashmiri Pandit Forum, Jagatai which met today under the leadership of T N Bhat its president crticised the apathetic attitude of the Government towards the community. He appealed the community people in general and Jagti inmates in particular to perform the Kheer Bhawani pooja in their respective temples in Jammu and boycott the yatra in view of the pathetic condition of the community, prevailing conditions in Valley and failure of community in tracing the missing cop.
